Position Details:

• Role: Chat Customer Service Representative
• Number of Openings: 250
• Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
• Shift: Rotational, including night shifts
• Weekly Off: Two rotational days off per week
• Month of Joining: June July 2025

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
• Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts
  
• Proficiency in computer usage (minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy)
  
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Standard / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
  
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 (based on experience and last drawn salary)
