  • Role: Chat Service Representative

  • Openings: 100

  • Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

  • Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)

  • Weekly Off: 2 rotational days

  • Joining: August–September 2025

✅ Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

  • Willing to relocate to Ahmedabad

  • Flexible with rotational/night shifts

  • Typing Speed: Min 35 WPM with 85% accuracy

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate

💼 Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming chats/messages from customers

  • Provide support through written communication only
