| Answer incoming communications from customers via email and chat
| Connect and resolve issues with customers using email and chat
| In certain cases, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers

[ SALARY ] CTC ranging from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000, based on experience and last drawn salary + Incentives + Night Shift Allowance + Subsidized Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Other Employee Benefits.

[ QUALIFICATION REQUIRED ]: Minimum 12thStandard / Any Stream / Any Stream Graduate / Post Graduate

| Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 25 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)
| Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and written)
| Flexible to work in rotational shifts & Night Shift
