We are conducting a recruitment drive in Jabalpur on Wednesday, 19th March 2025, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Important Information:

🔹 Work Location: Ahmedabad (Work-from-home is NOT available)
🔹 Job Title: Chat Service Representative (Work from Office)
🔹 Job Timing: Rotational Shifts
🔹 Week Offs: 2 rotational days off per week

Salary Package:

1) Customer Service Representative Role (On-Site Setup)

✅ Job Function:

  • Handle incoming customer communications via email and chat
  • Assist customers in resolving issues through email and chat
  • In some cases, make outbound calls to customers and partners

✅ Salary & Benefits:
💰 CTC: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 (Based on experience & last drawn salary)
💰 Additional Perks: Incentives + Night Shift Allowance + Subsidized Meals + Transportation Allowance + Other Employee Benefits

📅 Joining Month: February - March 2025

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)
✔ Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication (Oral & Written)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Typing speed: 25 WPM, Accuracy: 85%)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
